Changing horn on SD60E

Hey guys! I was wondering how I can change the horn on my NS SD60E... not just this one but all of the payware locos will not let me change anything on it. It won't even let me submit edits without showing an error message on a cloned version of the SD60E. Really frustrating because the HORN IS SOOO INACCURATE

Your biggest mistake here was buying them off the Trainz Store. Trainz store DLC is locked down by DRM hence why I don’t touch it. Luckily JR sell their payware through their own website in downloadable CDP format, DRM free. And they probs also have some content that is not on the Trainz Store.

true... some freeware from the JR store still wont let me touch it
