changing color of locos

I model the Southern Railway back in the late sixtys. I recently asked this question of someone at Auran and got the following reply. They recalled it was possable at one time but could not recall how. I would like to take the current F7a & b unit in the "Railyard" from black to the true color of Southern Green. This is the color of the loco in the new heritage series. Does anyone out there know how this can be done?

The way this would be done is by using a craft called "reskinning", wherein one changes not just the color of a particular locomotive, but the entire paint scheme of the locomotive to match the desired result. It is an artform in its own right, and requires some time and effort to master.

But it seems to me that I've seen an F7a and F7b in Southern Green, somewhere. According to Obo's catalog, Jointed Rail may have them.
