.cdp files

Is it possible to use .cdp files & how do I get them into Trainz09,I can't find threm at all,have they been discontinued since Trainz2004 ?

.CDP files are still alive and well in later versions - if double-clicking them does not work, use the Import CDP command in Content Manager's File menu.

The Download(Helper) option will download it directly into Content Manager.

Thanks Shane ,where are they in Trainz 2009, I've hunted for them but can't see any at all.

If you have downloaded directly using Content Manager, or used the Download(Helper) option, Trainz does not keep the .cdp files as such, only temporary copies, which get deleted every so often. (Usually in the <trainz install folder>/cache or <trainz install folder>/userdata/cache folders)

If you downloaded them manually from a third-party site, or using the FTP download option on the web-based Download Station, the files will be saved where you specified them to be saved to.
