Cape May County

This is the Pennsylvania-Reading Seashore Lines from Tuckahoe junction south to Cape May and Cape May Point, including the Wildwood branch. I haven't yet decided whether or not to extend the line to Ocean City. These pictures have been posted over in USLW's forums, but as I am getting closer to completion I thought I would start a thread here.

I'll be waiting for this one...

as soon as I can find some Pennsylvania-Reading Seashore content and that Pennsy Atlantic!

I'm working on the Ocean City branch now.

Was there too much Hi-poly track, or is the change in track because it's a branch?

Either way,

*Looks Closer*

Oop, silly me, I've gone and gotten all mixed up! The hi-poly track is on your OTHER route!

Sorry 'bout that! :o

Some more progress shots. A coal empty heads back to Camden on the Ocean City branch.

For those of you who remember the movie The Perfect Storm, Egg Harbor is where Gloucester swordboat captain Linda Greenlaw headed to ride out the storm, but when she got 20 miles off shore of it the harbormaster told her not to come in as there were no moorings available and boats were dragging anchors all over the place. She stayed off-shore between two big oil tankers for the duration.

PS Nice stuff, Maddy.

Great Shots there George! Is there any chance that you are going to make this route go all the way to Cape May Point?

are going to make this route go all the way to Cape May Point?
The 30 miles or so from Tuckahoe to Cape May and the Cape May Point branch is complete except for some beta testing, along with the Wildwood branch. I just have another day or so in the town of Beesleys point to complete, and then I have to decide if I am going to continue out into Ocean City...right about now a nice portal out in the marshes is looking better and better.
