Can't find Cab Light Rail in menus

I used TrainzMap to replace all my track with kuid 60349:68000 which in CMP is called CAB Light Rail. But, in surveyor, I can't find any track with that name to add additional sections. I tried to look at the files associated with this track but none are allowed to be opened (at least by me).

Does anyone have any idea what these rails are called in the surveyor's track menu?

I don't think that the items from the Modula City Demo route in '06 are available for your own use in surveyor. Bit of a shame really...

Thanks for the information. I didn't know that was the source of that content. And, I agree, that some of the things in Modula City are quite neat when you're trying to model rapid transit and urban transportation. Even some of the buildings would be neat for a downtown.

But interesting that I could "use" the tracks via TrainzMap.

Guess I'll have to do it the hard way but stretching and moving the existing track. Not impossible, but indirect to say the least.

I haven't tried this, but what happens if you click on "get track", then click on the CAB Lite Rail track?

Or lay the route in another track, and use trainzmap to swap again when you're finished...

Good idea. But for touch-up you can always add in additional spline points, delete the part you want to fix, and then move the existing track. Laborious, but it works. I like your idea better. -Walt
