Cannot save Edited routes

I've been palying with the routes built in to Trainz Mac and the routes I've downloaded and suddenly I cannot Overwrite and save the route. I can only create new route which then does not show up for game play. I used to be able to overwrite the routes, but now I can not. What did I do ? How do I fix it ?

It appears you do not have any serial numbers registered - the only versions of Trainz that do not have serial numbers are Trainz for Ipad and Trainz for Android AFAIK.
