Cannot find serial number

Hi i just payed for trainz a new era platinum edition and just cannot find the serial number i need for registration of the game and download station.

Check your email account. Also check the "junk mail" folder.

If nothing, contact the Help Desk (link at the top of this page) - they have a FAQ there that may resolve the problem and you can post a message.

As it's a digital download it may not have come with a serial number (particularly as T:ANE already appears next to your username).

If you're unable to access the Download Station or the Maintenance of Way forums though, contacting Helpdesk is your best bet.

I can confirm that your order for the TANE Platinum Edition has been fully processed, and added to your account.

TANE Digital Download orders from the Trainz Store do not require or include a serial number. Instead our store will have automatically registered TANE into your account when your order was processed.
