Cannot find assets in Ts2010 EE that have been downloaded

Hi, I am trying to download and use several items from the download station.

I have found the objects in the CM download station, right clicked on them, selected download, watched the items go to the download helper and then they started downloading without me even having to click on start.

This leaves nothing in any window for me to click on to commit (whatever that is). I cannot find any references on the CM to even see what I have downloaded. The only reference is the "downloaded today" quota shows that I have downloaded 6.48Mb today.

Then when I run Ts2010 EE, and I try to get the items to use in Surveyor I find that they are not in my contents list anywhere.

One funny thing is though, the items that I want to use I have already used in another Ts2010 Route on this same computer, yet they don't show up for this new route.

The new route consists of one of my own fictional routes merged with a downloaded one.

I do NOT have "only show favourite items" clicked in the options section either so that is not blocking it, any help would be appreciated.

Do you have the filter??

In CM, select Open for Edit tab to see if they're there. If so, commit them.
Also check them for errors or for missing dependencies.

Hi Jamie and Bob, thanks for your replies.

Bob, I have checked the tab that you suggested and sad to say, no joy. I have checked EVERY tab and EVERY helper in CM but cannot find the assets anywhere. As I think I mentioned in my original message, my downloader status shows that the items were downloaded, but I can't find them on my rail accessories tab in Ts2010.

Jamie, You mention a filter my friend but I am at a loss as to what filter you refer, in fact I am not even sure what a filter is in Ts2010. Is it something to do with downloads?

Is there a way to copy them from another 2010 Route that is on my computer over to this new one, surely there must be a way?

Download something and check the Today tab. See if the item appears there.

If not, run a Quick Database repair, and see if that fixes it.

Hi,

I'e just realised that CM 3.3 (the SP3 patch) has a default option in surveyor to "show favourites only" tuned on.

I don't think this would affect the CM3.3 display, but give it a go!
