Here is a new poster, that "never" before have had any reason to ask for help.

To just confirm this note to him don't bring the subject forward.
He/she migt also be a none English customers...there is a lot of them...me included.
If "WE" on the other hand had said something like this;
If you push "helpdesk" in your note, then you will arrive there. You have then to fill out a Ticket (who first comer should know this, if a bit unsure or foreigner?) so chose this option. Since they have had some problem lately you need to wait for a week or two. Don't try to "refresh" your ticket, because then it will take longer time, since the last posting date is what counts.
Even with my lousy English, I hope we can see the difference in the help given.
