I have some broken bridges in the Cumberland to Connellsville route that I downloded. kuid 46819 38129--46819 38131--46819 38132--35412 38192. I tried to repair the content and that did'nt work so is it possible to replace these assets with something I may find in surveyor or is that not allowed or is it impossible. Im really enjoying driving this route and I guess its just bugging me that some of the tracks are hanging in mid air with no bridge under them. Im using trainz 2012 with a Dell XPS L501 4gb RAM & i-5 intel with navidia 420M and it runs great compared to trs 2010 which gave me some problems with this setup. I also have some unknown kuids 43955 28020---9:21019--9:21066 if anyone knows what they are. Well , thanks in advance to any help I can get.

Can I fix a broken dependency by replacing it with something else in surveyor?

If you want to replace anything on a route, go ahead, there are no rules about
swapping out stuff if it's for your own use, but you must not upload the altered
route for others to use, unless the original creator has given you permission.
You would be best off 'cloning' the route & altering the clone, that way you will still
have the original route to fall back on if need be.

Unfortunately you can't replace the faulty bridges using Replace Assets in Surveyor. When you try you’ll get the message “Bridges, … are not allowed.” If you want to replace them manually, as BLACKWATCH said, that's not a problem. As he suggests, cloning the route and changing the clone would be best.
Kuid:43955:28020 is prowler’s RGS Ridgway Depot which can be downloaded from http://steammachine.com/prowler/downloads/Trainz_UTCstructures.htm. The other 2 are HOG textures and can be ignored.

G'day JACKJR, you will find a lot of things need fixing but if it is fixed it is done for every route that calls for it, but if you replace it in one route the next time another route wants that asset you are back trying to replace it.
Post what the errors are and you will get advice on fixing them. The more you do the better you get.

Edit:- the first asset kuid:46819:38131 JJS Deck Girder is in 38 of the routes that I have so one fix sorted all those out. Thet are fixable.
