Hmm, I don't think so. I presume you mean something like the Floibanen in Bergen Norway. This is a system where the two cars are each others counterweight. Maybe someone could build it as an animated scenery item, but from a point of operation it doesn't seem very interesting to drive it yourself.:hehe:
Now if with cable you actually meant cog or chain railway, maybe there's some available, but on the DLS, I'm not sure. Anyhow, the effect of the cog or chain as in extra pulling power won't be simulated I'm affraid.
