It is possible that Kuid2 116296:888893:3 has not yet finished going through the processes entailed in getting it available on the DLS. versions 1 and 2 are there but this revised version is not. It is not unusual that dependencies don't all appear at once.

R/click on the loco in cm and select download, the kuid will be found.

I just tried that fran, it doesn't work (well not in TS2010 anyway), to find the new :3 version of this asset

Seems it's not available, so I,ve had to edit the config of the new Q1 to reference the old :2 version of the bogie.
