Build Patch Upgrade problem

iv recently updated my build patch. to a new updated patch and it has striped some my older downloaded assets i had on the previous build patch are no longer available is it possible to revert back to an older build patch

Only by reinstalling the game, or restoring from a backup of the previous version if you have one.

I just got a message about installing a new patch. I'm currently running TS2010 build 44088. Is there new update? If so any info on in yet?
