This is not a joke.
Whilst browsing the interwebs lately I came across this:

Prototype for everything, huh? Yup, it's a bog-standard 47 in PRR Tuscan complete with a 'Keystone' on the side. Can anyone explain how this came to be? Is it in the US? The letters in the keystone spell 'CRS' rather than PRR and they appears to be writing on the side. My first thought was that a US museum has bought it but I'm sure there a plenty more appropriate locomotives hanging about in the States?
