BR Class 47 in PRR livery?

This is not a joke.
Whilst browsing the interwebs lately I came across this:

Prototype for everything, huh? Yup, it's a bog-standard 47 in PRR Tuscan complete with a 'Keystone' on the side. Can anyone explain how this came to be? Is it in the US? The letters in the keystone spell 'CRS' rather than PRR and they appears to be writing on the side. My first thought was that a US museum has bought it but I'm sure there a plenty more appropriate locomotives hanging about in the States?

Ah right, interesting. Never heard of this CRS company before. Seems slightly odd that they wanted to buy a Class 47 - a design now over 50 years old.
 
Funny thing is if you look at the loco it has a web address on it that explains all as others have stated posted above
