When I clicked on the link, it just said Wikipedia would like to have an article on that someday.

Since you're in Canada, you may specifically be looking for the Ottawa O-train. there are pictures here http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=57156 and here http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=36255 .
As for a trainset on the DLS, I haven't heard of any, although I wouldn't mind. For now, it is very similar to the Seimans Desiro. Justy search for "Desiro" to get something that can fill in until someone builds a Talent.
