BNSF in Hutchinson Kansas/ CN in Geismar LA

i wanted to know if anyone has modeled a BNSF route through this area. I am an AutoCad designer and just recently finished drawing a rail yard for an industry on the line. UP parallels this area by 200 ft and AMTRAK runs here. Watching AMTRAK come through at 60MPH will make your heart race..

So, let me give you the run down:

4 unit train tracks: each holding 30 tank cars. 2 are for empties...2 are for full

2 Off-load tracks with loading/unloading rack

Plus 4 storage tracks for LPG.

i do not want to get into the meat of the project as it is not built yet. It would be an interesting project. As the company is purchasing its own switcher or two. If anyone is interested in adding it to a BNSF route I would be willing to make a sketch showing the additions.

***this would be an interesting AI addition as it has a Unit Train and the local picking up the LPG cars, plus the switchers moving cars****

Also, I recently drew a 180 car storage yard for a CN client in Geismar Louisiana if anyone is is doing CN stuff. (this has a trackmobile for power)


I draw rail tracks and yards for living sometimes.
