BNSF DASH 9-44CW ditch lights?

I'm trying to turn on the ditchlights and I'm not getting anywhere. Looked in the manual and not sure but maybe I have to be in cab mode.

Well that did not work!
Maybe the ditchlights don't work.

The ditchlights should turn on when you turn on the lights and start moving but they don't flash on the BNSF dash 9's because they don't flash on the real ones.

Yup, not all of the locomotives have flashing ditchlights per prototypes. Were spoiled thinking they all flash here on the east coast.....
