Bishopton Castle

Hi John
The simple answer is NO if the route is uploaded it will be as a TRS04 item to give the maximum number of members a chance to give it a go
If an invisible 50 ft platform as a one piece item in 04 with the western figures included becomes available this will be used in the route after that I will leave it to the individual to make their own choice

I look forward to it! Will the "Swift and Delightful" be your next project?

(Because after Heartbeat Revisited, that would be the icing on the cake)

The swift and delightful, is that not the same as the slow and dirty, the Sommerset and Dorset Joint? if you take a peek through the freeware section then youwill find that TLBlade has created the entire route from Bath to Bournemouth West and the branchline to Burnham on Sea all in one route  its a wonder to behold,

nice Broadgauge route there trackplate :) more screenies please :udrool:

Originally by Railtrackdelay "Swift and Delightful" be your next project?

If this is the Somerset and Dorset then it’s a route that is at present very much on the back burner with only about 8 miles of track completed to any reasonable standard

Originally by Alan_Yeomans awesome screenies and very well done texture work too.

Hi Alan Pleased you like them, many thanks for the comment and great to find you here on the forum
Trusting you are now fit and well again Regards Bob V

Hpw did you make the hills and valleys? Whenever I make them they look like cones :(
Isaac

A mountain of a problem I tend to raise hills slowly using the wider settings when raising the ground at the same time using different centre points over the area I then bump the edges of the result using the smooth tool, from there I work square by square until I’m happy with the result
It works for me but as I said it’s a mountain of a task you may also find advice on this in the hints and tips posts

I have complete confidence that, like every route from Heartbeat revisited onwards, I'm going to have to try and invent another superlative. ;)

This route looks amazing.
