Hello

This new route I have made is 100% fictional, it is a medium sized port city/town. It's 2 boards large, so you know what the means. It's a switching fiend! Harbor based cannery's, fishing companies, various shipping & warehouses, scrap yard & grain complex fits nicely onto the water front. Engine maintenance & servicing facility, and a nice sized switching yard to sort pick ups and drop offs.

Only one problem, it isn't textured. If you're up for the task of texturing it let me know. I want serious texturers only, so if you don't have much experience with texturing, this isn't for you. If you are up for the task, I'd like to see some screenshots of your work. If I like what I see and in turn you do a fantastic job texturing the route, you will most certainly be given 100% credit for the texturing job.

Personally, i think TS09 textures & Jans vegetation would really make this route Fantastic;) .

Looks good.

I would just change out the track, maybe gfisher's new track will do you good, or maybe Slave_Drivers track series found on USLW. Add some textures and release.

This is really the only set of trackage that I like. It's very high poly and texture rips a lot but looks the best in my opinion.

Lots of responses, but no reply to your question:

I'd give it a go but I'm afraid that I'd be too tempted to alter the route itself. And anyway, I generally use only a very limited palette of textures - about a dozen - and the resulting grime and dirt that I prefer might not suit you.

As a suggestion - why not post the route on a hosting site like Rapidshare, let those who are interested download and texture it, return it to you, and then you make the choice of the one you prefer.

If you do want a really professional job, I'd suggest George Fisher (gfisher).

Hi Phil, thank you for your response. I have changed the track to MRT 132LBS rusty track and the route looks great now. The last job would be to texture it, and its ready to be textured. Let me contact George and see if he's up for the task, if not, I'll send you the route.
 
Ok so here we have the updated route, track is completely replaced with new 132LBS rusty MRT track. More floral effects have been added and some new objects placed here & there.
