beacon lights

i was trying to get the light to work using the 0 key pad button but it doesnt seem to turn it on anymore. i have all the fx and up dates put out so far and they still dont work. can anyone plz help me on this? thanks -inprr

Some laptop keyboards have a function button or something similar and the numpad keys printed as a function like so:

If your laptop doesn't have the ability to do as opus722 said, you can use the on screen keyboard. I had to do this with my last computer.

thanks all for helping me out. found out what it was, keyboard needed to be re pluged in to get the settings put back to default -inprr

Ill have to use this option. I have the keyboard up but I can't get it to have an affect on the locomotive. I've tried them on both SOO line sd60s and the PVR gp38s
