It happened in a town where the mayor got upset about a car illegally parked in a no parking zone....

Just heard about this on the news, he is actually upset about cars parking in the the Bike Only lane. You notice he is riding a bike and this is his solution.

Not a bad solution, I would be a Parking Cop if I had one of those tanks.

I hope he includes the cars of selfish, inconsiderate able people parking in disabled parking spots. That's far worse than parking in the cycling lane.
