Greetings:
I recieved Trains Simulator as a Christmas gift. I cannot register it as I came with no manual, no serial number, no product key etc. Help desk isn't responding to my note for help. Any suggestions?:(

If you read the Auran announcements you will see they are away for 10 days for the xmas break. So helpdesk will be very slow. You've already asked this in your other thread, please don't multi-post, it clutters the forum. I have given you an answer in that thread.

Zec may check the forum from time to time so if you provide greater detail, and if he sees it, he may be able to provide a reasonable response. What does the box look like? Does the dvd have a label on it - please describe the label in full! Did the person who gave you the gift, previously open it? Was it perhaps a digital download that was burned to a dvd for you - if so they will have an email with the correct serial number on it!

It is possible that the serial number will be on the dvd envelope. Most software vendor no longer provide a printed manual and thus place the serial number on the envelope. The serial number will consist of a series of letters and numbers separated by spaces or dashes Hopefully you will find it!

Auran / N3V will return on the 10th of January and they will then begin to sort through the overflow of requests - be patient they will get to your request.

What or who was the source (retail) of your gift. That is where you should seek an adjustment (refund or exchange).
