Where do I get a banner for my user and is there a way to create one?

If you're speaking of a signature banner, sure, just create your own with any image producing program. The CoC limits banners to 800 pixels in width, 100 pixels in height and 30kb in file size.

It's simple to do in MS Paint.

Don't use mine much these days. You can switch it on/off when you post.
