Banned from account creation

I have a boxed version of Trainz a New Era which I registered. When I go to manage content and try to download something I get a message that says Sorry you seem to have been banned from account creation. If you require assistance please contact the N3V games helpdesk at www.auran.com/helpdesk. I tried all this and got nowhere. Can someone help me with this problem. Thanks Chuck

Go back to that Helpdesk link and keep trying options till you get the option to send in a ticket.
Keep in mind it is Christmas so you probably don’t get a reply the next 24 hours (at least).
