Banks Heath in 2009 broken?

Always glad to see BH - it is fun and NOT so easy as they say -- besides the "score" at the end has no relation to how well one drives.

In any case, in Trainz 2009 one cannot complete the scenario as a yellow signal after the first stop is coded as a red and so the game is aborted - or is it just my installation??
