Banked Track

What do you mean, banked track? Track that appears banked, or track that actually tilts the bogeys and car as you go over it.

Actually tilted, mainly to prevent derailing at high speed. Apparently it is not possible, at least at this time.

there is a rule that you can put on that simulates it. i can't recall what it is called but its there...

It's actually called 'superelevation' of track. The ability to tilt vertices would be of great value, but the mechanics of doing that PLUS having to keep track of track gradients would be a nightmare.

Slow Down!

8) I notice that in curves, TRS, does tilt into the curve, unless the train speed is too fast for the curve, then the locomotive leans out of the curve.

It never fails.

It is not so pronounced as the prototype, outside the cabview, however it is present.

It's evident from the Cabview, and having the canted track visible in the view enhances the effect.
