Bandicam Will Not Record

I have been trying to record with Bandicam recently. It records fine in game but when I go to review it, it's just a black screen with the Bandicam watermark. The audio still plays but not the video. It records anything outside of Trainz just fine. Is there something I am doing wrong or need to change?

check your video card and sound card it need to direct or ATI change to ATI
