Backed up Content reload errors

I've backed up some TRS2006 content to a USB ext HDD to test a backup program.

It all backed up fine .. no errors or bits & pieces missing

When I went to move it back into 2006 I got an error have tried to copy files & also move files.The errors are coming up against random pieces of content through out the backup
( can't read from the source file or disk )

I also tried to import the content through CMP which gave a runtime error against CMP itself
( auran\trs2006\bin\contentmanager.exe )

Am I getting a problem with the USB HDD or Trainz itself or both

I would likely say that the error lies with the backup software. The easiest way to back up TRS2006 content is to copy the local folder and assets.tdx to an external source. Then just paste them in over the current ones to restore.
