Hello,
I am trying to determine how to evaluate performance of each session.
It was suggested to identify a number of average frames per second for each session and I know how to manage this task now. However, I am still lost as I cannot figure out how to interpret those average frames per second and how they would be used to compare two sessions. I guess I need further explanation on this topic with some hints how to determine whether or not the performance during the session was poor/decent/excellent. Any explanation highly appreciated, thank you.

Depends on what you mean by performance. Frames per second only tells how well the computer performed.

Are you trying to judge how you did as an engineer ? Trainz doesn't really do very much of that.

It is capable but nobody has ever set that part up.
