Does Avatar sent to N3v? or Support?

As far as I know N3V hasn't accepted custom avatars for the inclusion pool since 2010. I believe you would send a help desk ticket with the avatar, but they stopped the service of new avatars for some reason (I forgot why but there was a reason)

I got message from N3V ticket. They said not accept with avatar in trainz future. You're right... I believe N3V trainz may not new game in future...
