Sydney's City rail has got good coverage - just do not have the kuids on hand
There is also a West Australian set on the DLS but don't have the kuid right at hand.

Pev's SMUs are better than mine, though they were built off my model. alby6 has some QR EMUs that are worth looking at.
I believe that someone has Melbourne's Connex EMUs. I have seen quite a few screen shots of them in the Australian Screenshots thread.
NSW, has the Millennium set, the double decker S set and another CityRail set, but I cannot remember which one. I'm not certain if the Tangara has been modelled, but I do remember hearing someone mention wanting to model it a few years ago.
I'm not too sure about EMUs for the other states.

You'll find the Connex X'Trapolis beta in the beta sections of the VicTrainz forums. You'll have to sign up (This may take a little while, as memberships have to be activated by an Admin) to view the beta section though.
