AURAN! How to merge in Ts2010???

I am bringing this up again as there was no response from Auran the last time I raised it! Last time, I was attempting to merge Angelah's two sections in Ts2010, after numerous attempts I gave up and merged in TC3 and then transferred to 2010.
This time I am attempting to merge two of my 2010 routes, so a merge in TC3 is not possible.
Some help with this please Auran! John.

What I usually do is go into surveyor, look under the layer tab and rename the route layer. I think you can do it right next to the route layer name.

You can merge routes as long as the route layer names are different. I would give you a step by step method but I'm on break at work and don't have Trainz in front of me.

Hope this helps. I usually rename the route layer name something close to the actual route name. If I remember right it a little tricky getting the name box highlighted so you can enter the new name.
