assets not showing up

The lumber mill in TRS2010 is listed as a built-in asset but it does not show up in surveyor. How can this be fixed?

The "Lumber Mill", kuid:-3:10027, shows up just fine for me. Are you talking about some other lumber mill?

No, it,s the Auran lumber mill. When in surveyor the pick list does not show it. The other things like the mine and refinery show up fine.

I suppose if it was me I would first try a "Quick Database Repair" in CM and see if that helped. Then I would try an "Extended Database Repair", and then I guess I would try a reinstall if worst came to worst.

The built in content will probably not appear if they have been recommitted to the database, due to the errors showing. If they are reverted to original they will show again. I'm not sure this applies to your situation, but sometimes built ins are opened for various reasons and then recommitted.

if you open the Lumber Mill and then commit it, it does in fact show a warning for errors, but it still shows up in the game. So I suspect the error lies elsewhere.

Thanks for testing my theory George, I don't have 2010, so I could not test it myself. Thanks for the warm words, I only have a little time off from my work and decided to check in here for a bit. I'm sure it won't last.

Probably when NV3 bans non 2010 registered members from the forum to save on bandwidth, I'll not be heard from again...:hehe:
