asset serial number

i've just downloaded the duchess dlc. its asking me for a serial number and i cant seem top find it. how do i find the serial number?

Doesn't have a serial number if you have TRS19 or TANE as it's in game downloadable content and for Platinum and TRS19 plus, it's downloaded vial the Content Store button on the launcher. Are you sure you are "logged in" to your account in game? What happens when you "Start Trainz?" Sounds like you need to log in. - Trainz Settings > Install > Username and Password (after entering password hit TAB key and see if panel reports back a successful log in)
