Asset download failes

Hi there, i'm just a newbee in this game and got the latest patch today of my 2010 EE game.
But i got huge problems, why cant i download assets, because of this i even cannot play in online games.....

Sorry but i'm not a resent trainz player, and i've tried and tried get this game functioning.....

Been a problem with DLS for a long time, Difficult to get onto and very slow download time. The best option is a DLS first class ticket.

I have Trainz Classics and Trainz Sim12. I have NEVER succeeded in downloading an asset, despite many hours of trying. Without wanting to sound paranoid, I suspect that they have built in impediments to force members to buy 1st Class. If that is so, it is downright immoral. I have paid good money for the sim. which advertises the capacity to host addons. Why should I have to pay a bribe to get downloads? It wouldn't be so bad if they just came clean and required an annual fee, but to sell the sim. under the pretence that severe download problems don't exist is unfair.
