Are there Permissive Dwarf Signals?

I am looking for permissive dwarf signals, typical of what may be used in United States railroads. I found one that looks permissive (It is a dwarf signal, with a number plaque below it) but the AI trains respond as though they are not permissive. They will not go past them when they are red. Do any of you know where I can find one that works? I am looking only for a single (red, yellow, green) signal, not the kind indicating a junction ahead.
