in europe and gb the're generrally called "driving trailers". there's lots of them, usually identified as the "DT" car in their semi-perminenty coupled 'multiple unit' 'sets'. if you're looking specifically for those used in push-pull opperation, mostly commutter service, in the u.s./north america, i can't really say for sure, but like all online searches for anything, if one set of search terms doesn't turn up what your looking for, try another. (and if it isn't on dls, it still might be on other sites with downloadable assets. LOTS of things are)
