They maintain a database of objects and trains hosted on their sites, similar to the DLS but without seeking permission from the original creators.
Any creator of objects, whether paid, free, or hosted on the DLS, can easily verify that some of their creations are hosted there.
I suppose they do it to avoid paying for a fast download speed ticket from a Western company like N3V.
I personally discovered that many of my free creations hosted on the DLS are also hosted on these two websites without my permission.
Furthermore, on one of these sites, you have to provide your email address to download anything, which is highly risky.
