Is there anyone who lives in/is visiting the California Bay Area? If so, would someone be able to swing by the Western Railway Museum and take some measurements of the Boeing-Vertol LRV that they have there? I am thinking about doing one and I need some measurements that I can't seem to find:
The width of the absolute front of the car, I know the width of the body, but the front narrows
The legnth of the articulated joint peice on the car, I know the full legnth, but not the legnth of the individual segments.
the width of the second and third sets of doors, I know the front ones are 54 inches, but the rear ones seem smaller.
Distance from the front of the car to the first set of doors
If anyone works for MUNI/WRM, I could use some of these, as well:
A good inside shot of the cab
the dimensions of the stairwells
Mabey some interior shots as well, so I can get a fix on handrails and the like.
