Anybody else having problems?

im trying to download stuff from the DLS using CMP, but for the life of me i cant get it to go past 0.00bps, its found the asset, and all the parts to it, but it just wont move , any idea on how i can resolve it?

i running the 2006 DVD, right out of the box.
