Animated switches (points)

I am interested in returning to Trainz after a long absence and I'm wondering if the switch blades are animated yet like they are in railsimulator and railworks. How does Trainz 2010 compare? Thanks, Rob.

Well, the answer is yes and no. Yes being that we do have animated switches, not built-in but made by andi06. No being that they are not built-in and that they only work with the more popular tracks and not any track you can find. Hope this helps and welcome back.

They are animated and look very nice, could be downloaded from trainzup. 1/6-1/11 junctions and fixed tracks included

There's also some made by Raildumper . They're called UIC54 turnout's.
