Andi06 Points don't "snap"

Not sure if this has been asked before (if it has, my apologies) but I am having problems getting the component parts to "snap" together and where as before, I could have for instance three parts joined together, they could be moved en masse as it were and connect, this function has stopped also

I am thinking it may be a setting I have adjusted as they work faultlessly on TANE SP2, is there a way to default all settings or can anyone think of what has happened?

May we have the names and kuids of the assets in question. This info will greatly improve the ability to test and advise a possible solution.
