At a guess there's been nothing on the track overnight. If you dig a little deeper on that theme (snow clearance) you will find some that get stuck. Then they need help.

It did indeed, it was still attempting to load when I thought to use the "UnPlug" Firefox addon which retrieved it immediately.

Great clip - I passed it on to my brother who got some 8mm film of the Flying Scotsman in Connecticut as part of its US visit many years ago

In my part of the world a scene like this is not uncommon. If they go any slower they would not get through the drifts.
