Amazing day railfanning. 3/14/08 *LARGE PIX*

It's been a while since I have gone foaming, but today made up for that!

Here is the first train, in the downtown area. Just a BNSF stack train headed by 4 dash-9's.

I chased it down to my house and got another picture of it here.

About an hour later, this amazing light power meet passes me up right by my place. Yard power verses CSX GP40's. Sweetness.

Later that day, a driver chanced his luck on route 56. The train hit him and dragged him a quarter mile down the track. The train was originally going at slow speeds. While that was taking place. A CN train passes up the site on the IHB sub line. Seeing that in general is a rare treat. But with everything else that happened, it just made for a great picture!

The route name is Yard Street. It is almost finished. All I have to do is remove all my custom content, close the yard, then i'm uploading it to the DLS.

I don't understand your question NYC. Are you talking about the BNSF? If so, they are called many names .Stack, Stax, Intermodel, etc. etc.

In total, maybe 20-30 miles. This includes both lines, the yard. All 3 ending points. Plus the random station by the engine plant. Thanks for the comment about the Chi. Love that place. The Sh*ty city!

Chris - it's just a made up route. Fictional railroad company mixed with real railroad's but fake sub names. the CT (Canadian Transit) Karrow sub, the BNSF Hentai Sub :hehe:, and the IHB Broadway Yard Sub.

EDIT: My computer just died. Nah, honestly though, it took longer than I thought to finish the route, and I rarely rarely ever get to TRS during the school week, so by this upcoming weekend I'll upload it to the DLS.
