AI headlight to bright

Hi

I have a question about the headlights of my db br38 loc.
When the AI turns on the headlight at night with a commando I've set, the light is to bright. The lightbeam is very bright.
When driving the train yourself, you can click the headlightbutton and the light dims.
Is is possible you give yous AI train a command that will turn on the headlights in dim-mode?

I would love to see the lights on al the AI locs during the night but I don't want them to light up the whole map.

I know how to edit the cfg file. But i don't know how to dim the lights.
Multiple locs have this problem.

Isn't there a dim-light command\rule to download?

I dont know how to alter itr but it looks to me as if they wrong physics have been used on the light. You dont need to dim it as much as change it from a general light - as seen on a car - to a beam light which does not spread the beam out but keeps it tightly focused. In real life that would be down to the type of reflector used but as I said I have no idea how to change it.

The low-light beam just looks fine. I want to disable the use of the high beam so AI trains can't turn them on. I have no idea how to do this using commands.

The issue of lighting is something that has to be upgraded or modified. You lucky to see the beam of the loco. In some tracks, it does not "illuminate", in other instances the scenery is illuminated but not the track or vice-versa. And last, the time the lights come ON and OFF should be user selectable. Now lights go ON at about 6 :20 PM and turn OFF at 5 AM! so in the early morning you go blind. Add the fact that during daytime you go bling inside of tunnels (can't switch ON), makes the whole thing a bit deficient. But again that is y perception..

So your saying that this lightning issue is a known problem with no work around for it.
That means that building night sessions will always lead to this issue.
Building day sessions where no light is needed looks like the only solution because then AI trains drive without there lights on.

What I am saying is that after years of people making notes of this issue, N3V should have looked into it and come with a solution. Maybe in next patches??
