AI don't follow commands

I built a simple route had AI Drive To and it won't drive to any place I tell it to, I also am running Vista, I have TRS2006.
Anyone with the same problem, Thanks

1. Have you installed SP1?

2. If the AI driver won't drive there should be a 'radio' message telling you why. The 'radio' icon in the lower right hand corner of the Driver screen should be yellow - click it to show the message in a drop-down window ands transcribe the message here...

make sure that all of your junctions have switches. That was my problem.

AS dermmy sugests, Install sp1 if you have to.Also
1 clich the radio icon everyyime you see it come on.Will save you much nail biting.
2 The message will most likely be.Junction missing a lever or no path to selected destination
If 1 find the offending junction It may not even be on the route you want to travel.
If 2 then run the train manually and see if it derails.You have a track break
These sometimes are very hard to find. You could also have double clicked a spline when laying track and have layered one small peice of track over another. look for mismached spline circles. Hope that helps

Have you installed Buffers/Railends at the end of the line you intend to drive to? As with a real train driver , a Trainz AI Driver needs to know A) What the speed limits are. B) What signalling system is in use, and where the signals are C) How far the line extends before he runs out of track. If he doesn't know these things he will swear at you, light a cigarette and refuse to move.
