Click the "Profile" button at the top of this page. In the resulting window, click "Order History" in the left pane. Find your order in the list, and look at the Status on the right.

Remember that, if the copy of TS2010 that you bought was the DVD version, and not the digital download, then it is being shipped from Australia, so depending on where you live, it could take a while for it to be shipped.

Also, do check and see that you really did purchase the DVD version, instead of the digital download version, because if it is the digital download version, then there is no shipping--you have to download it off of the Auran Shop page for your order (I believe).

P.S. You really should remove your e-mail address to protect yourself from spammers whom may lurk in these forums for e-mail addresses like that.
