Adjusting in game text size and icons...

I just did a new install of TS 2010 on a Windows 8.1 machine. The in game text size and icons seem a lot smaller than my old machine with the same size monitor. Is there a way to configure this? Maybe with the Traniz options file...

Hello,

Try selecting Options on the Launcher, going to Display Settings and tweaking the screen resolution. I'm not sure if this is the solution but it is worth a try.

Won't running the incorrect screen resolution have some adverse effects? I'm thinking I read some time ago about adding some lines to the options file but I can't find the thread for anything.

Sounds to me like this could be a Windows setting, not a Trainz one. Have you tried changing the settings for Windows ?

I have. I made the default settings for Windows 8 text larger. Hmm? I wonder if that could make the in game text and icons smaller.
