Adding sound

I was wondering if there was a way to make a steam locomotive make a hissing sort of noise, sort of like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BpInE2Sth3A
Because when I add a hissing noise as a bell in a hornsound it doesn't work so please if you have a way, please share.

If you want the sound of an air pump running, pumping up air, while the locomotive is stationary, just add the files, loco_stationary_fast.wav, loco_stationary_med.wav, and loco_stationary_slow.wav, to the enginesound file. The files will be played after the locomotive is stationary for 1, 2 and 3 minutes, respectively.

thanks mate, I'll give it a go. But is there a way to make it start sooner? and the one I want to do only has 1 air pump speed, so can i use the one file just with different names?
