Open the route for edit in surveyor, the go to the menu, go to edit route button, the select a region(USA, UK, ETC...) This should add cars to the roads in the route that have traffic on them.
Please does anyone know how to get this to work in TRS2006 Version 2.5 Build 2970? I only seem to have the option to select a country when I first create a route. At a future time, if I go to Edit Route, I get the option to change the name, write a description, change the scale or toggle from metric to imperial. The window for country is no longer there.
Any help gratefully received.

Thanks for giving it a try, John, but it wasn't there. I have some cars on my route but they are for the wrong region and I would like to get back to the screen that allows me to select a country. I've just been sitting here for a couple of hours, trying different things but no luck. Ah well, it's not the end of the world.
